Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Buypra. We want you to have a satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order on buypra.com.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You received a product different from what you ordered.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order details are provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging, where applicable.
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling by the customer.
  • Personalized or custom-made products, if applicable.
  • Products marked as non-returnable or final sale.

3. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photos or videos of the product if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect

After reviewing your request, we will inform you whether the return has been approved.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method, wherever applicable.
  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an approved refund may be processed through a suitable bank account, UPI, or another method requested by Buypra.

5. Return Shipping Charges

If the return is due to our mistake, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, applicable return shipping charges may be covered by Buypra.

If the return is due to a reason other than a product defect or our error, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges, where applicable.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the customer may request a return according to this policy after delivery, if the product is eligible.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photos or videos. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund.
